Hello and Welcome to my New Website. My name is Kenny "The Kilt" Sim I began my culinary journey over 35 years ago in my home country of Scotland working with tradional french cuisine. I have been Ice Sculpting in the greater Tampa Bay Area for over 10 years now. Currently I am also the in-house Ice Sculpture for the Tampa Bay Lightning and Amalie Arena. Our Sculptures are formed in a special machine that continuesly circulates water to freeze perfectly crystal clear. We then begin shaping the ice by cutting your design using a chainsaw then finishing with chisels and files to craft your custom creations.
